Доставили курьером до квартиры. Посылка была запакована на совесть. Кератин в целом хороший, но единственный минус это то, что он не для блондинок, мой цвет волос после применения стал очень жёлтым. Волосы на ощупь такие же как и от кетатина более дорогой марки.
